CVNR, J& JUD,J W.P.No.12958 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Prohibition declaring the action of the 1st respondent in entertaining the frivolous complaint filed by the 2nd respondent in C.C.No.540 of 2016 as illegal, null and void and without jurisdiction and for a consequential order to quash C.C.No.540 of 2016 on the file of the 1st respondent." After arguing the case, Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to contest the complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made herein above.
