When the matter was called on 09.11.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. 2.

Hence, the petition is taken for disposal on merits.

The complaint shows that the involvement of the accused in the alleged offence is clearly mentioned and no case is made out for quash of the proceedings. Hence, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for quash of the proceedings.

The criminal petition is dismissed.
