HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26810 of 2014 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed application dated 1607-2014 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds under A.P.Rights in Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that no application is received by the authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make application in prescribed format and respondent may be directed to consider the same.

In view of the same, the petitioner shall make application in prescribed format within a period of eight weeks from today and as and when such application is received, the 1st respondent shall dispose of the same in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
