Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Quo Warranto declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in accepting A.P.S.E.M.P. Case No.1 of 2015 filed under Section 50 of A.P. Shops Establishments Act 1988., seeking the payment of Rs.7,83,999/-,with interest of 9% from 17.04.2007 as per Minimum Wages Act by the 2nd Respondent, without having Jurisdiction as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice, violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 14 by the Constitution of the India and violative of the A.P. Shops Establishments Act 1988, The Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.151 dated 22.06.2009;

Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P. the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings on the file of the 1st Respondent in A.P.S.E.M.P. Case No.1 of 2015, pending disposal of W.P.No. 12345 of 2015 on the file of the High Court.
