THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13369 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that he had approached the respondents for mutating his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that if the petitioner files an application in Form 6(A) before the 4th respondent either in person or makes an online application, the 4th respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a fresh application in Form 6(A) to 4th respondent either in person or online for mutation of his name in the revenue records with supporting documents and the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same and take appropriate action within six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any,
