No.123 of 2017 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Justice G.Sri Devi) This Court vide Order dated 27.04.2022 has referred the parties for mediation. The mediator's report dated 2.8.2022 from the Mediation and Arbitration Center, High Court for the State of Telangana received shows that the mediation unsuccessful which is placed in the record. 2.

Again the matter was posted for hearing on 16-08-2022 on which date, there was no representation from the side of the parties, for which the appeal is posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation from either side, which seems that the parties are not interested to pursue the appeal.

Hence, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
