There was no representation for the appellants on 16.10.2017 and also on 10.11.2017. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there was no representation for the appellants today also.

Hence, the petition is taken for disposal on merits.

The complaint makes out a prima facie case against all the petitioners and there are categorical allegations made against the petitioners by their names. Hence, this Court opines that it is not a fit case for quash of proceedings against the petitioners.

The criminal petition is dismissed.
