Pursuant to the same, the writ petition is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

In view of the aforesaid letter, permission for withdrawal is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
