As seen from the proceeding sheet on 17-08-2004, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the interim direction granted by this Court, dated 28-10-2003 in W.P.M.P.No.28385 of 2003, the petitioner has been reinstated and continuing as Helper at Mahaboobnagar Depot. Hence, no further orders are necessary.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
