This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.89 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mallapur Police Station, Jagtial District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
