HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.249 OF 2008 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') is filed by the petitioner to set aside the Judgment dated 27-06-2006 passed in Crl.A.No.206 of 2004 by the learned VIII Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge,Rajahmundry in S.C.No.188 of 2002.

2. When the matter is taken-up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor are present and reported that the Revision petitioner was died on 17-11-2009. A report was also received from the Superintendent, Central Prison, Rajahmundry and wherein it is stated that the Revision Petitioner who is convicted prisoner No.8128 by name Gourusu Nagaraju was expired on 17-112009 at Government District Hospital, Rajahmundry while undergoing medical treatment.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is closed as abated. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
