THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.1882 OF 2018 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 20.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.30992 of 2010. By the said order, the order dated 24.08.2010 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.3119 of 2008 was confirmed. In accordance therewith, the petitioner had to be paid his full pension inasmuch as the punishment of 50% cut in pension permanently was set aside.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-II, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the direction of the Tribunal, which stood confirmed in W.P.No.30992 of 2010, was duly complied with, vide G.O.Rt.No.438, Revenue (Vig.I) Department, dated 26.09.2018. A copy of the said G.O. is placed on record.

Perusal thereof reflects that the Government ordered release of the withheld pension (50% cut) to the petitioner thereunder. 4.

In the light of the afforested Government Order, the order in W.P.No.30992 of 2010 stands duly complied with. 5.
