CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.31262 of 2017 15.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in implementing order, dated 20.01.2015, in O.A.No.1167 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

A perusal of the record shows that the Tribunal has passed the aforementioned order as far back as 20.01.2015. If the respondents have not implemented the order of the Tribunal, the petitioner should have availed the remedy of filing a contempt case before the Tribunal. No explanation is forthcoming for the petitioner's failure to avail the said remedy. At least, the petitioner has not even submitted a representation to the respondents for implementation of the order of the Tribunal. In the light of these facts, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the respondents for implementation of the order of the Tribunal. If the petitioner feels aggrieved thereafter, he shall be free to avail a fresh legal remedy. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38946 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
