The present writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not completing the investigation as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to complete the investigation into Crime No.191 of 2010 of II Town Police Station, Khammam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) placed on record the final report filed by the police treating the case as 'Civil Nature'. 3.
In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies, if any, available under law. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
