This petition is filed under Section 482 read with 389(1) Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 20.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.81 of 2017 in Crl.A.P.No.653 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of Criminal Appeal No.653 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible. 5.
