I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying that this Court may be pleased to grant relaxation of Bail Condition No. (iii) imposed in Crl.P.No.11459 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025, which requires the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer every Wednesday till the framing of the charge.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from ill health and has been appearing before the concerned SHO on the last six occasions. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while showing the documents, submitted that the petitioner has indeed appeared before the Investigating Officer on the last six occasions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Interlocutory Application is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the Investigating Authority as and when required by the Investigating Authority. ________ SKS, J dsv
