This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in trying to demolish the residential houses of petitioners, situated in Plot Nos.319 and 343 in Sy.No.78 of Hafizpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, without notice to petitioners and without following due procedure as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to demolish the subject houses, without following the due process.

After making submissions for some time, learned Standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3, informs the Court that steps were taken to demolish and demolition was also undertaken. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. 4.

Permission is accorded.
