Heard Mr.Karanam Ramesh, counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioners pray for the following relief: "to issue a writ, order or Direction essentially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in orally refusing to receive the sale deed presented by the Writ Petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to receive and register the sale deed presented by the writ petitioners in respect of the property in Sy.No.204/5 and 193/1 bearing (New) Door No.16-436, ward No.10 and (New) Door No.17691, 692, ward No.16 respectively of Panagallu village, Srikalahasti Mandal, Chittoor District."

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioners, if present document before 3rd respondent for registration, the 3rd respondent will receive the document and process the same, in accordance with law. If the document merits registration, he will register; otherwise he will communicate his decision on the document so received. 4.
Statement is placed on record.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Liberty is given to the petitioners to submit the document by enclosing the copy of this order. No order as to costs.
