HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35745 of 2016 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not entering the petitioner's name in the revenue records including online in Sy.No.717 to an extent of Ac.5.58 cents situated at Singareddypally Village, Penagaluru Mandal, Kadapa District, pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to enter the petitioner's name as pattadar in the revenue records as well as in the online pertaining to the said land. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application, dated 19.09.2016 made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner is required to make a suitable application in Form-6A through online, in which event the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) Giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application as per Form-6A, the present writ petition is disposed of. In the event of such an application being made by the petitioner, the authorities shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six to eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
