Learned counsel for the appellant present and stated that the appellant died on 15.12.2009 and thereafter the son of the appellant paid amount to the bank under OTS scheme and the bank also gave no due certificate. To that effect, he filed a memo dated 14.12.2022.

Memo is accepted and placed on record.

Accordingly, the appeal suit is closed. No costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
