Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D.Gowd, learned Standing Counsel for R.2.

If the building permit No.1012/0482/B/TIR/KC/2017, dated 12.12.2017, is subsisting as on today in favour of the petitioner, there shall not be any interference with the construction activity of the petitioner. It is also made clear that in the event of there being any deviation from the sanctioned plan, it is open for the respondents herein to take action, as per law.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
