Sri. T. Bala Mohan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the investigating officer in Crime No. 167 of 2022 pending on the file of the SHO Manoharabad P.S, has already completed investigation and filed final report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C., closing the F.I.R. treating the same as 'civil in nature'.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, cause in the present criminal petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
