THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25091 of 2018 O R D E R:
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's land was acquired and an Award No.32/2017 was passed on 04.11.2016 under Act 30 of 2013; since the compensation granted under the said Award was very meager, the petitioner made a representation on 16.04.2018 to 3rd respondent to refer the matter under Section 64 of the said statute to the competent authority for enhancement of compensation; but the 3rd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will refer petitioner's matter under Section 64 to the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority constituted under Section 51 of the Act within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to refer petitioner's matter under Section to the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority constituted under Section 51 of the Act within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
