THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.148 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner admittedly has filed W.P.No.2807 of 2017 complaining substantially against the disobedience stated in this contempt case. It is open to the petitioner to workout the remedies in the writ filed against the cause of disconnection or failure to restore connection. The dismissal of contempt case shall not be treated as this Court expressing any view on the alleged illegality, if any, committed by the respondents herein. Sri R.Vinod Reddy submits that he will not take this as defence in the said writ petition. Statement placed on record. Contempt case, I do not see reason to issue notice to the respondents in this contempt case. The Contempt Case is dismissed.
