CVNR, J & MSKJ, J FCA.No.211 of 2008 Dt: 27.10.2016 Judgment : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal (FCA) is filed against Order and Decree, dated 23-04-2007, in FCOP.No.326 of 2005 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad.

The Deputy Director, Mediation and Arbitration and Center, Hyderabad, has sent the mediator's report, dated 12-082016, wherein it is stated that the appellant, who was present before the mediator, expressed her view to withdraw the case and accordingly, she has submitted a letter for withdrawal. The copy of the said letter is enclosed to the mediator's report. Mr.Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr.MAK.Mukheed, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that he has no instructions. However, Mr.D.Bhaskar Reddy, learned Counsel for the respondent, submitted that as the dispute between the parties was settled, the appellant has expressed her willingness to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the mediator's report and the letter given by the appellant to the mediator, on 12-08-2016, seeking permission to withdraw the case, the FCA is dismissed as withdrawn.
