When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the interim orders passed by this court on 10.11.2005, no further orders are necessary, and hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
