ORDER

The present writ petition challenging FIR No.468 of 2016 dated 15.12.2016, cannot be maintained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, as this is under one of the exceptional cases to be entertained. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings under the Code of Criminal Procedure, if he is so advised.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
