THE HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.8395 OF 2022 ORDER:- 1.

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.220 of 2020 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
