Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the appellants; Sri K. Goverdhan Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.3 to 6.

This writ appeal is directed against an interlocutory order dated 31-03-2016 passed in WPMP No. 13450 of 2016 in Writ Petition No. 10679 of 2016. It is not in dispute that the impugned order was passed before issuing notice to the appellants. In other words, this order was passed without hearing the appellants. In view thereof, it is open to the appellants to file an application for vacating the interim order. When we so expressed, learned counsel for the appellants prays for withdrawal of the appeal with liberty to the appellants to file miscellaneous petition for vacating the interim order and seeks direction to learned single Judge to dispose of the vacate petition within time frame.

Writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the appellants to file an application, as aforementioned, and if any such petition is filed, we request learned single Judge to consider it on merits and decide it expeditiously.
