On 10-08-2016 notice before admission was ordered and notice on all respondents is duly served.

Heard Mr.K.Jagadishwar Reddy for petitioners and Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment).

Petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering and disposing of representation dated 17-02-2016 made for effecting necessary changes in respect of Ac .5-21 gts. of land in Sy.No.443 of Singireddypalli Revenue Village, Pinapaka Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal and unc onstitutional.

Assistant Government Pleader requests the Court to direct 4th respondent to dispose of representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, within some reasonable time. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on representation dated 17-02-2016 in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are given liberty to resubmit representation along with a copy of this order. It is made clear that this court is not examining the merits of
