ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not awarding the works/contracts of maintenance of Sub-Stations of Adilabad District to the petitioners, though they are entitled for preference, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.M.V.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 31.05.2012, in W.P.M.P.No.20486 of is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.20486 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.No.3331 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
