This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.12.2011 in I.A. No.711 of 2011 in O.S. No.92 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District. 2.

No representation on behalf of both the parties either in for Fore Noon or in the After Noon. As per the Office note, the suit itself was dismissed on 25.4.2013. Therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
