Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that his representations dt.02-12-2016 and 28-06-2017 are pending consideration before 2nd respondent and that 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
