THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.22386 of 2015 ORDER :

The petitioner is aggrieved by Seizure of Tractor bearing No.AP 26 TD 0164 and Trailor bearing No.AP 36 TD 0165 and registration of Crime No.64 of 2015 on the file of Podalakur Police Station, S.P.S.R.Nellore District under Section 447, 379 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of Prevention of Damages to Public Properties Act, 1982. Since the vehicle of the petitioner is seized by the police, the petitioner has appropriate remedy available in law under Section 457 Cr.P.C., and the petitioner can approach the appropriate court having jurisdiction seeking release of the vehicle. Having regard to the remedy available in law, to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is not maintainable, and accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
