THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No. 22786 of 2016 ORDER:

Challenging the action of the respondents in constructing a big drainage and laying a pipeline for venting out the drainage water into the petitioner's lands in an extent of Ac.0-37 guntas in Survey No.595 and Ac.0-09 guntas in Survey No.589 of Varshakonda village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Karimnagar district, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has represented to the authorities on 23.04.2016 seeking the same relief as sought for in this writ petition, however, till date the respondents have not decided his representation.

4. Keeping in view the averments in the writ affidavit and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 23.04.2016 stated to have been made by the petitioner, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
