HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.1818 OF 2017 ORDER:

Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner on 11.07.2016 for refund of money is pending before the Joint Collector-4th respondent, since the said application was rejected under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014 and further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction be issued to the 4th respondent to dispose of the same.

Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the above, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 11.07.2016 in accordance with law within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
