This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioners by disengaging their services from time to time and giving breaks in their services as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the services of the petitioners were regularized and nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
