ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to write semester examinations of III year II Semester of B.Tech CSE Course Scheduled to be held from 1-05-2012 to 15-05-2012 and also the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not declaring the results of II year I Semester, II Semester and III Year I Semester examinations of CSE Course of the petitioner in the light of letter dated 24-3-2012 addressed to the 3rd respondent is highly arbitrary, bad and illegal."
At the hearing, Mr. B. Muralidhar, learned counsel, representing Mr. P.Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the shortage of attendance of the petitioner was condoned subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
