HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner is Field Assistant. He is aggrieved by the order of termination from service on 20.05.2017. Against this order of termination, petitioner claimed to have preferred appeal and appeal is yet to be disposed of. However, challenging order of termination, this writ petition is filed.

Since petitioner has already availed remedy of appeal, subject to maintainability, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
