HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19240 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not taking action on the petitioner's representation dated 08-02-2016 and 16-04-2016 for payment of agricultural gold loan amounts inspite of his readiness to pay the same as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that already gold ornaments were auctioned, auction was confirmed and ornaments were handed over to the successful bidder.

In view of the same, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
