2. Petitioner states that he sought rectification of wrong entries made by the Tahsildar, third respondent, in the revenue records under his representation dated 12.07.2012. However, since no action was taken by the third respondent, he preferred an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), second respondent, which is numbered as B/306/2014. The date of hearing in the said appeal was fixed to 27.03.2015, but on that date the appeal was not heard and thereafter the appeal remains pending with the

second respondent. Petitioner has now filed the present writ petition seeking directions against the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Nalgonda, to consider his representation dated 12.07.2012.

3. I am unable to see how the petitioner's grievance can be redressed by the Land Acquisition Officer when his appeal is pending before the RDO as referred to above. Hence, I deem it appropriate to direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, second respondent, to fix an early date in the appeal, hear the petitioner and any other affected party and dispose of the appeal expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
