There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact even on 13.11.2019 also, there was no representation. As such, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even if the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 2.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
