HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.3973 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the official respondents in not taking any action against respondent No. 3 in spite of specific representation dated 28-01-2013 as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19

(1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to take appropriate action against respondent No.3 in the light of or considering the representation dated 28-01-2013 and pass....."

The Assistant Government Pleader, by relying on written instructions dated 21.02.2013, submits that police have registered Cr.No.120/ 2013 of Malkajgiri Police Station against 3rd respondent and others and taken up investigation. In view of the subsequent developments, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
