HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.23972 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that under re-categorization, the petitioner was recategorized from Mill Wright Mechanic to Welder/Tin Smith; that the petitioner is not in a position to discharge his duties as Welder due to illness, and his representation to allot the duties of Mill Wright Mechanic was not considered; and that this Court, by order, dated 11.03.2010, in WPMP No.363 of 2010, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the interim directions given by this Court in the aforesaid W.P.M.P. No.363 of 2010, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the considered view that pursuant to the interim directions passed by this Court in I.A. No.1 of 2010 (W.P.M.P. No.363 of 2010) on 11.03.2010, no further orders need to be passed in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
