This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking survey of the land claimed by her by respondents 4 to 6. The petitioner has made an application on 18.01.2014 through Meeseva Centre and also gave a representation on 07.02.2014 to respondents 3, 4 and 5 and she alleges that respondents 1 to 6 are not taken any action thereon. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 6 states that the 4th respondent will cause survey of the land claimed by the petitioner within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the affected parties including the 7th respondent.

In view of the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 to 6 to cause survey of the land claimed by the petitioner after issuing notice to all the affected parties including the 7th respondent within (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
