COMMON ORDER:

These two civil revision petitions arise out of separate orders dt.1.6.2015 in E.P. No.112 of 2014 and E.A. No.54 of 2015 in E.P. No.112 of 2014, in O.S. No.861 of 2006, respectively. Today, this Court disposed of C.R.P. No.1631 of 2015 holding that the petitioner is entitled to receive the interest accrued on the balance sale consideration deposited by him as per the settlement arrived at between the parties in A.S. No.206 of 2014. As a consequence of allowing C.R.P. No.1631 of 2015, the orders under these two civil revision petitions are set aside and the civil revision petitions are allowed.

As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petitions, C.R.P.M.P. Nos.3653 and 3654 of 2015 filed in these civil revision petitions respectively, shall stand disposed of as infructuous. _______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 04-03-2016 bnr
