Heard Sri N. Manohar, Iearned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

The petitioner is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.O-18 gts., 1n Sy.No.39c2, Ac.0-13 gts., each in Sy.Nos.4oes2, Ac.O-04 gts., Sy.46ee2 and Ac.O-O9Yz gts., 1n 1n Sy.No.3BE situated at Kanakunta village, Gummadidala Mandal, Sanga Reddy district. She is also the owner of land in other survey numbers of the very same village. In the latest pattedar passbook and title deed, land admeasuring Ac.O-18 gts., ln Sy.No.39es2 and Ac.O-O9Y" gts 1n Sy.No.38A are missing. Therefore, according to the petitioner, there are wrong entries. In
KL.J w P Na 2 t'412 ol 2024 l proof of the same, she has filed copies of old and latest pattedar pass books, title deeds and Dharani Status. She has submitted an online application bearing No.2400009350 dated 05.O3.2024 with respondent No.2 with a request to correct the said wrong entries and issue E-pattedar pass book and title deeds. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said oniine application, respondent No.2 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.2 petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.2 will consider the said online application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, ln accordance with law.
4. In view of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application bearing No.2400009350 dated
KL,J W P No 27.142 of 202.r 05.O3.2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If, respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass an order assigning specific reasons and communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
