Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri L.Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for 5th respondent.

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the respondents are not releasing the power supply to its premises on the ground of not producing occupancy certificate. 3.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record and also the orders passed in similar matters by this Court. 4.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that this Court by order dated13.2.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.3057 of 2017 in W.P. No.2608 of 2017 directed the respondents therein to release the power supply to the building of the petitioner therein subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply of the respondents and the same can be withdrawn if an occupancy certificate was not obtained later from the Municipal authorities.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the power supply to the premises of the petitioner subject to the compliance of the terms and conditions of supply and on furnishing an undertaking to produce
MSR,J W.P.No.25088 of 2018 the occupancy certificate from the concerned Municipality/Municipal Corporation within a period of three months, and if no such occupancy certificate is produced within such period, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
