... PETITIONER AND Smt. Singicherla Prsanna Lakshmi.

...RESPONDENT Counsel for the Petitioner: MR. BUSSA RAJENDRA Counsel for the Respondent: --NONE APPEARED-- The Court made the following:

ORDER:

The judgment debtor in EP.No.49 of 2014 questions the order of the Court below dated 12.03.2015 in EP.No.49 of 2014.

2. The aforesaid order of attachment of the petitioner's salary to the extent of Rs.20,000/- was ordered by the executing Court after taking into consideration that the petitioner is getting monthly salary of Rs.80,000/-. Petitioner is aggrieved by that part of the attachment.

3. I am unable to see any substance in the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner inasmuch as less than 1/4th is attached out of the salary of the petitioner and keeping in view that the decretal amount is Rs.3,47,778/- as on the date of EP, the order of the Court below is just and appropriate and does not require any interference. The civil revision petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
