This transfer criminal petition is filed to transfer M.C.No.482 of 2019 pending on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII ACJ-cum-IX Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Nampally, Hyderabad, to the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Manoranjan Complex, Hyderabad, for enquiry/trial and disposal of the case along with D.V.C.No.34 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gulam Rabbani, submits that though the petitioner has moved an application before the Court below seeking transfer, the same was returned. 3.

In view of the bar under Section 407(2) Cr.P.C., this Court cannot entertain this application. Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Court below. 4.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
